What forms of payments do you accept at your stores?

We can accept credit/debit card, apple pay, google pay and cash payments.

We do not accept cheques.

How long does it take to engrave a piece of jewellery in-store?

It generally takes 10- 15 minutes per item. However, it depends on how busy the store is so this may vary.

Can I opt for gift packaging when shopping in-store?

Yes! All our gifting options are available in store too.

Can I return/exchange an online order at one of your physical stores?

Unfortunately we cannot refund an online order in-store. Please click here to request a refund. Similarly, we cannot refund store orders online as we have no way of refunding to the card used.

However, we can exchange an online order in-store. Please contact customer service for an exchange.

Can I buy, and pick up in-store?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a click and collect service at this time. However, we are hopeful that we will soon.
